Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Blooming Sprouts (the "Service"), operated by Bennett & Bloom LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We verify this by asking for your date of birth at signup — accounts that don't meet this requirement are not created. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.

2. Free and Premium Tiers

Blooming Sprouts offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription (billed monthly or annually). The free tier requires no billing information. Upgrading to Premium authorizes us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis via Stripe, at the price shown at checkout.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time, either yourself using "Manage subscription" in Account settings, or by contacting us. Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. Because a full free tier is available to try before upgrading, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused time.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is illegal, abusive, or that violates the rights of others, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer the app or bypass its security measures.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer

Content in the app — activities, printables, and lesson-plan guidance — is provided by Bennett & Bloom LLC based on our own family's experience, not by licensed educators or medical professionals. It's meant as a helpful resource, not official curriculum standards, developmental milestones, or medical or educational advice. All activities should be done with direct adult supervision. Some activities involve materials — such as scissors, small objects, or food items — that require a parent or guardian to be present and actively involved throughout.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bennett & Bloom LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
